Cancellations & Refunds
1. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase on FOLM. If you're not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Technical issues preventing playback that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
- Accidental purchases made in error (must be reported within 1 hour of purchase)
- Content that is significantly different from what was described
Note: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Go to your Account page
- Navigate to "Purchase History"
- Find the film you'd like to request a refund for
- Click "Request Refund" and follow the instructions
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to your Account Settings
- Select "Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Films that have been more than 50% watched
- Subscription fees for periods that have already been used
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as "final sale"
- Gift card purchases
6. Disputed Charges
If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge to your account, please contact us immediately at support@folm.com. We take these matters seriously and will work with you to resolve any billing issues.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Cancellations & Refunds Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date below.
